Best Trilogy Movies ever made in the Decade - series one

Posted by Trilogy on Tuesday , under | comments (0)

Here are the collection of Best Trilogy Movies ever made in the decade, some of the Trilogy movies are an epic fantasy Trilogies.
As much as I thought I was a movie fanatic, wow – these lists consist of some movies I've never seen and many more to be listed in Best Trilogy series in my next articles. I am sure one of your favorites rests in the list I made, if not and I hope to hear from all of you in the comment section.

BEST MOVIES TRILOGY

The Godfather Trilogy:
Doesn't get anything better. The Trilogy blows all versions out of the water simply.
The first film remains a towering achievement, brilliantly cast and conceived. The entry of Michael Corleone into the family business, the transition of power from his father, the ruthless dispatch of his enemies--all this is told with an assurance that is breathtaking to behold. And it turned out to be merely prologue; two years later
The Godfather, Part II balanced Michael's ever-greater acquisition of power and influence during the fall of Cuba with the story of his father's own youthful rise from immigrant slums. The stakes were higher, the story's construction more elaborate, and the isolated despair at the end wholly earned. (Has there ever been a cinematic performance greater than Al Pacino's Michael, so smart and ambitious, marching through the years into what he knows is his own doom with eyes open and hungry?)
The Godfather, Part III was mostly written off as an attempted cash-in, but it is a wholly worthy conclusion, less slow than autumnally patient and almost merciless in the way it brings Michael's past sins crashing down around him even as he tries to redeem himself. --Bruce Reid

The Best Motion Picture Trilogy is The Lord of the Rings:
Epic trilogy follows the quest undertaken by the hobbit Frodo Baggins and his fellowship of companions to save Middle-earth by destroying the One Ring and defeating the evil forces of the Dark Lord Sauron.

Jason Bourne's The Bourne Trilogy:
The trilogy of Jason Bourne films are three quality action packed films, and the key word there is "quality". Most action thrillers forego intelligent story-telling, but the Bourne series puts its story first and through terrific choreography and directing it takes hand-to-hand combat to a whole new level. It goes from blowing up a house with a toaster, to stabbing a guy in the hand with a pen, to combat with a book and a towel. Seriously, who could have predicted those three fight scenes? Also, after some soul searching, I think I am finally ready to concede that The Bourne Supremacy is my favorite of the bunch. RANKING THE THREE FILMS: #1 Supremacy; #2 Ultimatum; #3 Identity

The Original Star Wars Trilogy:
It really is epic. RANKING THE THREE FILMS: #1 Empire Strikes Back; #2 A New Hope; #3 Return of the Jedi

Sgt. John McClane (Bruce Willis) of the New York Police Department:
The Die Hard Trilogy, the course of this film and two blockbuster sequels McClane was frantically saving lives, buildings, airports, schools, cities, and even his marriage from the threat of international terrorists, psychopaths, and cagey mercenaries. Now you can watch antihero McClane blast his way through all three movies. Sit down, pop some corn, grab a bottle of Coca-Cola, and get ready to watch (in any order you please) the Die Hard Trilogy--a must for any action buff or fan of Bruce Willis .

Arnold Schwarzenegger's The Terminator Trilogy:
The Terminator , T2 Judgement Day, T3 Rise of the Machines.
I love all of the Terminator movies and think they are some of the best Sci-Fi trilogy movies ever done.

Best Trilogy Book: Trylle Trilogy is Worth a Read and you will enjoy the Series

Trilogy of Trylle begins with Switched, Tom, Ascend

Switched is the first book of the young adult paranormal literature series the Trylle Trilogy. It follows the story of Wendy Everly as she meets Finn Holmes, who informs her of her inherited royal status and true identity as a member of the Trylle.

It was first self-published as an eBook by author Amanda Hocking in early 2010
The first book in the Trylle Trilogy 'Switched' was optioned for a film, with Terri Tatchell writing the screenplay.

Story Line: When Wendy Everly was six years old, her mother was convinced she was a monster and tried to kill her. It isn't until eleven years later that Wendy discovers her mother might have been right.

With the help of Finn Holmes, Wendy finds herself in a world she never knew existed - a world both beautiful and frightening, and Wendy's not sure she wants to be a part of it.

Torn - The second installment of the Trylle Trilogy. This series grabs your attention and keeps you wanting more. I love this author and have read this series as well as the My Blood Approves series.

Story Line: Wendy thought she finally understood who she was and what she wanted, but everything changes when the rival Vittra come after her.

She's caught between two worlds, torn between love and duty, and she must decide what  life she is meant to lead.

Ascend - the final chapter in the Trylle Trilogy and One of the best series of Trylle Trilogy
"This series has a bit of everything—magic, myth, action, romance…ah, the romance!  There is something so appealing about forbidden love, especially when it leads to a happily-ever-after.  I have to say, I love the way this ended.  Of course, I won’t give spoilers, but the ending was perfect." --Diary of A Bibliophile
Story Line: With a war looming on the horizon, Wendy’s fate seems sealed. But everything she sacrificed might be in vain if she can’t save the ones she loves.
Her whole life has been leading up to this, and it’s all coming to an end.

About the Author:
Amanda Hocking (born July 12, 1984) is an American writer of paranormal romance. All three books in Trylle Trilogy - Switched, Torn, and Ascend - were originally self-published, but will be re-released with St. Martin's and Pan Macmillan internationally with new bonus content starting on January 3, 2012. The trilogy has also made the USA Today Bestseller list and was recently optioned for a film by Media Rights Capital with District 9 screenwriter Terri Tatchell.

Star Wars 2 Trilogy Game Cheats

1. Character and Vehicle Bonuses: It is very easy to gain bonuses for character and vechicle points
Do not buy any star wars characters in the store, since you unlock (for free) character type (Imperial, Bounty Hunter, Midget Character) when you complete all the stories.

Secondly, you need to save up $900,000 and buy the Power Block Invulnerability. You can unlock that crucial block by locating it in Free Mode in Episode 4 Chapter 5. Once you leave the trash compactor, open the first "locked" door you find (it's a second trash compactor room). Investigate that room for your much needed cheat block.

2. Unlock Lego City at 60 bricks: As you unlock the super story and bonuses arches in the cantina (about 40 bricks) first purchase the score x2 cheat, then slowly Score x2 cheat first, then slowly build up to the "30 million" 10x cheat.

The "30 million" is actually less than you think if you have the score cheats stacked and in effect, so the greatest amount of money you need to actually collect is 3 million.(for the Score 4x cheat at 6 million). This is because for each stud you collect, it's multiplied by the score multiplier cheat.

By the time of the score 6x cheat, you will be collecting 24x the amount of money, making the score 8x cheat (at 20 million) cost considerably less (divide total by 24).

Best Trilogy Books: The Hunger Games Trilogy

The Hunger Games Trilogy is an extraordinary, ground breaking New York Times Bestseller

The Hunger Games stands as one of the best trilogy games book ever written in literature work. This Book set (Hunger Games) is just amazing and unputdownable. I loved the characters, the drama, the romance. The book falls under young-adult adventure science fiction category. This trilogy book set consists of The hunger Games, Catching Fire and Mockingjay. Both Hunger Games and Catching Fire works were New York Times best sellers and third book Mockingjay listed as US bestseller.

The Hunger Games Trilogy Book overview

The Hunger Games
: The Hunger Games more closesly resembles the movie Battle Royale than I thought it would when I started reading. Story begins with a 16-year-old Katniss Everdeen, a girl from District 12 who volunteers for the 74th Hunger Games in place of her younger sister Prim. Also participating from District 12 is Peeta Mellark, a boy who loved Katniss the moment he laid eyes on her. As Katniss and Peeta battle the other tributes together, they pretend to be madly in love to gain favor with the audience. When the Gamemakers try to force the pair into a dramatic finale where one must kill the other to win, they threaten suicide and are subsequently both declared winners.

Catching Fire: Katniss learns that the Capitol is angry at her for her defiance in the previous novel, which started a chain reaction that inspired rebellion in the districts. For a special 75th edition of the Hunger Games, she and Peeta are forced into competing a second time with other past winners. They team up with a few other tributes and manage to destroy the arena and escape the Games. Katniss is transported to District 13, a place that is widely thought to no longer exist, but Peeta is captured by the Capitol, and District 12 is destroyed.

Mockingjay: The final book, Mockingjay, consists of a full out rebellion; the districts are at war with the Capitol and it's do or die in a showdown so explosive, readers never see it coming. Mockingjay - Collins hasn't wrapped everything up in a neat little bow and slapped a happy face sticker on the bow's ribbon ends nor, IMHO, should she have done so. Instead, Collins provides a conclusion that suits the story.

The Hunger Games Film adaptation:
Lionsgate Entertainment acquired worldwide distribution rights to a film adaptation of The Hunger Games, which will be produced by Nina Jacobson's Color Force production company. Collins adapted the novel for film herself, and her script is being revised by screenwriter Billy Ray. The film will reportedly begin production in late spring 2011 and will be released March 23, 2012.

About The Author: Suzanne Collins has had a successful and prolific career writing for children's television. She has worked on the staffs of several Nickelodeon shows, including the Emmy-nominated hit Clarissa Explains It All and The Mystery Files of Shelby Woo. Collins made her mark in children's literature with the New York Times bestselling five-book series for middle-grade readers The Underland Chronicles, which has received numerous accolades in both the United States and abroad. In the award-winning The Hunger Games trilogy, Collins continues to explore the effects of war and violence on those coming of age. Collins lives with her family in Connecticut.
